- Vehicle delivery within the municipality of Tivat is free, delivery outside the municipality of Tivat is charged at a price of 0.50 euros/km
- The shortest vehicle rental is 24 hours.
- All cars have air conditioning and a CD player, as well as a map of Montenegro.
- Parking and traffic fines are the client’s responsibility.
- Basic insurance included.
- Casco Collision Plus included.
( It covers damage due to damage or destruction of the insured item as a result of: Collision of the insured vehicle with another known vehicle, Town, Storms, A direct lightning strike, Floods, torrents and high water, Vehicle theft as a whole. )

- All damage to the car is charged by the renter.
- Gasoline used is paid by the renter (Your car will have a full tank of fuel upon collection. When you return the car, the tank must be full.)
- Unlimited mileage.
( Unlimited mileage is assumed if the vehicle is used exclusively on the territory of Montenegro. If the vehicle crosses the border of Montenegro, the total mileage covered in all territories included in the rental price is 200 km per day. , 10e/km. Fee for unlimited mileage abroad on a daily basis level is 15 euros. )

General:
The minimum online reservation is one day.
Scooters can be picked up every day from 11:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
One day rental lasts from 11:30 am to 10:00 am the next day.
The renter must return the scooter by the time specified in the Agreement. If the Renter is late, he must notify us. Otherwise, the Renter will be charged for each hour of delay as an additional day.
Payment for the rental period is made when picking up the scooter.
Scooters must be returned clean, that is, in the same condition as you received them.
Renter’s age: At least 18 years old to rent a 50cc scooter, and at least 21 years old to rent a scooter over 50cc.
Driver’s license: Regular driver’s license of any category for renting scooters up to 50 cubic meters; Category “A” driver’s license for renting scooters over 50 cubic meters.
A contract is concluded for scooter rental, so you need to have an identity document (passport/identity card and driver’s license).
The user receives a working scooter with a full tank. The scooter must be returned in good condition and with the same amount of fuel in the tank.
Insurance/Liability:
The renter of the scooter is fully responsible in case of theft, as well as damage caused by improper handling or carelessness.
Renters are responsible for reporting the stolen scooter to the police and providing the Issuer with a copy of the statement made at the police station.
Locking Electric Scooters:
Every scooter has locks that we recommend you use. Never leave the scooter unattended unless it is properly locked. The Landlord will show the Renter how to use the locks correctly.
Fixes/Issues:
We offer scooters that are in good working order. If you have a problem, please contact us and describe the problem. We’ll fix any problems that aren’t the result of an accident or misuse at no cost and get you back on the road as soon as possible.
If the repair cannot be carried out quickly, a replacement scooter will be provided. Assuming you have secured our prior consent, you will be reimbursed for the repair costs when the electric scooter is returned.

The bicycles must be returned clean, that is, in the same condition as when you received it.
Insurance/Liability:
Renters are responsible for any damage to the bicycles.
In the event of a lost or stolen bicycle, renters are obliged to pay the full price of the bicycle to the Issuer.

Every bicycles has locks that we recommend to use. Never leave a bicycle unattended unless properly locked. The Landlord will show the Renter how to use the locks correctly.
